Scandicorp is a Nordic specialist corporate services provider offering bespoke corporate solutions and company management services. More specifically, Scandicorp assists clients to construct the most efficient structures for their individual’s requirements, while remaining compliant. THE BUSINESS CONCEPT

The founders and directors of Scandicorp are entrepreneurs with backgrounds in tax, corporate services, finance and investment services with a variety of both onshore and offshore experience. Our business concept has its foundations on the premise that we believe that the Scandinavian corporate services environment has been and still are heavily under-served. An interesting fact is that there is no direct translation in most Scandinavian languages for the term ‘corporate services’.

The world is becoming a smaller place and cross-border transactions more efficient. Compliant corporate structuring has become an integral part of doing business internationally. We aim to be the preferred corporate service partner of international business entering into the Nordic countries. We also assist existing Nordic businesses looking to expand into neighbouring jurisdictions and/or streamline to become more efficient. For international firms, we will provide a seamless and easy entrance into the Scandinavian markets. We work with our clients throughout their business life cycles, from initial set-up right through business growth and ultimately exit strategies.
